Background
Finance -> Startup -> Maker
I took a slightly unconventional path to get into tech. Previously I worked in finance, structuring derivatives for some of the largest Real Estate operators in the US. After a few years, I decided finance wasn’t for me and I planned to hit the reset button with business school - I got accepted in February of 2020.
When I was deciding between an MBA and my first startup, a mentor of mine told me, “You might regret going to business school, but you’ll never regret being a founder.” He was spot on.
